Should I apply if I have no previous work experience in a sport bar–gaming hall?
Of course! We consider the experience with customer service as an advantage, however, we have also successfully trained employees without proper work experience by teaching them everything they need.
Can I expect a stable work schedule?
We organise the work according to two types of work schedules – 12-hour shifts and 24-hour shifts. In order for employees to be able to fully plan their private time, next month work schedules are prepared beforehand and changed only if there is a good reason for it.
Is it safe to work in a sport bar–gaming hall?
A sport bar–gaming hall is a place of entertainment where physical and technical security is provided, as well as video surveillance. Everyone in the gaming hall is obliged to comply with the internal rules of Joker LTD and be polite to other customers and service staff.
What is the salary?
The salary consists of the basic pay and additional payment, which depends on the individual work results and the branch you work at, as well as the achieved turnover. Additional motivation is provided by active participation in promotional activities. An additional bonus are the tips left by visitors which the employee can use as he pleases. Paid night and holiday hours, overtime, vacation and sick-list in accordance with legislation.
